Shipping Information Allen Display ships the most economical method available. Small items will ship via FedEx or UPS. Items that exceed the size limits for FedEx and UPS will ship via Truck Freight. Our online store checkout will not calculate shipping for your order if one or more items must ship Truck Freight or Oversized. For orders placed with any items that ship Truck Freight or Oversized we will email you a quote including the shipping charges for your approval before we process your order.

Delivery Times: All shipping and delivery times given by Allen Display are estimates. We do not give free shipping or credit if an order does not arrive by a certain date. Please allow time for unforeseen delays when ordering if you have a deadline. Allow 2 to 5 workings days for transit time in addition to the Usually Ships Out in Days shown on our site for each product. Do not count weekends & holidays.
Wood Finishes & Laminate Colors: Computer screens vary in their ability to accurately display colors. Request a sample before ordering if you are concerned about the color or finish. Allen Display does not accept returns based on the color not matching the screen presentation or your existing fixtures or furniture.
Sales Tax Information: Allen Display collects sales tax for Virginia, Indiana, Florida and South Dakota. We do not collect sales taxes for other states. If your organization is exempt from sales tax in one of the three states will collect tax in, please submit the tax exemption certificate for that state.
Privacy Policy: Allen Display will only use your personal information to complete your order, answer your inquiry or offer our products and services. We do not sell email addresses or personal information gathered. For your security information gathered is stored on secure servers. Payment Options: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We accept Purchase Orders from Local, State and Federal government departments and agencies. Purchase Orders from other organizations will be reviewed for acceptance. To Prepay by check, enter order here, print the checkout page and mail to us along with your check. Credit Card Policy: Allen Display will authorize (not charge) your credit card for the amount of your purchase when you place an order online. The authorization will most likely reduce the available credit on your credit card by the amount of your order. Allen Display will charge your credit card when the total amount, including shipping, has been accepted by the customer or when the order ships.
Cancellations Policy: If you need to cancel your order please call Allen Display immediately. Please note, once an order has entered production or shipped it may not be cancelled. If your item is returnable, you may return the item subject to the return policy outlined below. If you cancel an item that has been customized or is deemed non-returnable by Allen Display (see below) there will be a minimum cancellation fee of 25%.
Returns Policy: Many of our items are NOT returnable, please ask before purchasing. Custom ordered items and large ticket items including but not limited to display cases, steel shelving, slatwall and bulletin boards are not returnable. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering. For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition to receive credit. Please call Allen Display for a return authorization, credit will not be issued without prior return authorization. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and customer must pay all shipping charges. DO NOT ship merchandise back to Allen Display's main office, you will be given a return address when you are given a return authorization number.
Damages: Damage can occur to displays during shipment, especially glass & wood, even though the outside packaging looks undamaged. PLEASE inspect your merchandise upon receipt and REFUSE the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging. Also please contact Allen Display immediately to report the damage. Claims cannot be filed by Allen Display if damage is reported after the delivery receipt has been signed for without noting possible damage. If you suspect the merchandise might have concealed damage (ex. the sound of broken glass) mark the delivery receipt accordingly. In the event that the truck driver does not give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark "Driver would not wait for inspection- Possible concealed damage" on your delivery receipt before signing. If the freight company will honor a damage claim Allen Display will either repair, replace or refund the damaged product at its own discretion.
Shortage or Discrepancies: When receiving merchandise on your order, please be sure to verify what you received. If you find any shortages or discrepancies report them to Allen Display immediately. We must be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of goods. After 3 business days Allen Display cannot accept responsibility for shortages or discrepancies. .
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. |
